Being named a 'Champ' isn't just about recognition. It's about being a voice in a program that is heard, supported and valued. Kicking off the 2018 Culture Champion program began with discussions and brainstorming with Senior Management about how to enhance what we have and ways to take MSB to the next level. The retreat was a home run and what better way to unwind and support a team atmosphere than by venturing to Fenway to watch the Red Sox beat the Yankees!

Here are a few comments our champions shared:

The weather was hot and the Sox were on fire!  Dean Clark, a die-hard Sox fan shares, "The trip was excellent! Of course, anytime you can witness the Red Sox pound the Yankees at Fenway is icing on the cake!"

Charity Dennison explains, "I am proud to work for a company that recognizes talents and strengths throughout the organization and encourages employees to share ideas on how to enhance the customer experience."

Kari Reynolds also shares, "I am honored to be part of MSB’s Culture Team.  It is a privilege to help strengthen our organization as we grow to move the needle to positively alter our culture.  To be the best, it requires consistency from each and every one of us. Our retreat was a blast, we worked hard but had fun!"

Being named One of the Best Places to Work for over a decade doesn't happen by chance, it happens because our dedicated employees are committed to our thriving culture.  Our Culture Champion program is one way we ensure our MSB culture remains alive and grows stronger year after year.
